The PAC family would like to extend a big welcome to Emma Davis! She will be teaching 4th grade this Fall. She is replacing former 4th grade teacher Mr. Brian Bowers - who will now be the new Talented and Gifted facilitator for PAC.
Emma grew up in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. She graduated from Mount Pleasant Community High School and then attended the University of Iowa. In the Spring of 2016, she graduated with a degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Reading K-12.
Emma became a teacher so that she could share her love of learning with others and have the opportunity to work with children. Currently, Emma is taking classes online through the University of Iowa to obtain her Masters Degree in Teaching, Leadership, and Cultural Competency.
In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. She loves watching football and cheering for the Hawkeyes. Traveling is another one of her hobbies. One day she hopes to visit Ireland and Germany.
You will be in great company at PAC Emma! Especially since you are a Hawkeye fan! :)
